I will post submissions on a variety of topics every two weeks, while posting on Instagram weekly. Submission links will be available on the website and Instagram, where they will be posted anonymously on my blog. Variety is a big part of this project, and knowledge will be built along with a sense of community. .

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

we accept: poetry, personal essays, short stories, self-care docs, music playlists, and interview proposals

POEMS:

Submit a maximum of 3 poems on a google doc or word doc 

SHORT STORIES:

-Stories of resilience, experiences that you learned from, discovering yourself and your passions through your mental health struggles, etc.

-Maximum of 600 words 

ARTWORK:

-Illustrations, photography, art work

SELF-CARE:

-Make a list of some self care tips that can benefit mental health

-5-6 bullets 

CURATED PLAYLISTS:

-Share some songs or artists that help you to ease your mind

-10 songs/artists max
